The National Exchange Club announced, March 28, the eighth new club of Exchange's 2018-2019 administrative year by welcoming the Exchange Excel Club of Waverly-Shell Rock High School. The club was build by Beth Burrow and Dan McKenzie, and was sponsored by the Exchange Club of Waverly. It chartered with 25 members on March 25. Volunteer Field Representative Sharon Droste conducted the Permanent Organizational Meeting. The new club is part of Region 3 and the Lakes & Prairies District.
